Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked against the receipt, and the items must be in good condition. The packaging should also remain in its original condition, inside the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, a refund will not be provided. Our company will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during return transit. Once we have inspected and confirmed the condition of the goods/products, your refund will be processed within 14 working days after confirmation.
